CDI Barbados Foursquare 10 YO - 57,3%

Foursquare Distillery is located in the south-east of the island and was built
in 1996 by the Seale family, to produce very qualitative rums without any
additives. Foursquare rums are really special, because it’s the result of pot
still and column still rums aged in ex-bourbon barrels.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: beeswax, linseed oil, a touch of candied citrus, aniseed, and white
chocolate.
Mouth: Notes of cocoa, hints of toast, mango, cinnamon, and a hint of
spice with pink pepper.
Finish: Strong, with a roasted touches and a bitter edge that gives it a very
nice length
